Have you ever been punished for doing nothing wrong?

I'm so sad right now for my uncle because he and his wife have been together for years and have two young kids together, she's just been found out to be cheating with a boy of 19 and my uncle kinda went off the rails about it. She's asked him to leave the family home, is taking him for every penny she can get and going on holiday with his money! He's now sleeping on my parents settee as she emptied both their joint account and his own account as she has the pin number to it. My uncle is a very high up man in a big company and basically this woman seems to be stinging him for everything she can get, she never worked and he's basically funding her affair!

I don't take sides but I am angry that this woman can cheat and yet all the rules back her up, this guy has worked his backside off for years to give her and his kids everything and now she has taken away the most precious thing from him.

Why is that possible?

Life is unfair and punishment is often undeserved but that,s life and it will never change.Innocent men have been hung and everybody has suffered personal injustice in life at some time.I was in a somewhat similar situation to your uncle but there were no affairs involved only illness.However providing that my wife was a good mother there is no way in the world i would want the children in a marriage break up

The first thing that your uncle needs to do is talk to a lawyer. He needs to find out how much money he should be paying her for child support until further notice, and not pay her a cent more.
Since she has emptied their bank accounts, he needs to talk to the lawyer about whether or not she can do that. I don't know if she can't, but I think she shouldn't be allowed to.
I would think that your uncle should take her to court about this. I'm not a legal professional, but I'm pretty sure what she is doing is illegal considering she has no job, no source of outside income, and he has left the residence. I think he should take her to court for a divorce and file for full custody (she doesn't sound like a terribly good mom, cheating on her husband with a 19 year old), ownership of the house, and to keep her from sucking him dry.

...all in all, the mom sounds like a succubus.

That is completely unfair I blame society and the bloody government, Sadly this does happen at lot but to men and women, she should be ashamed of herself. in answer to your question tho im a twin and I always used to get the blame for something my sister did!!
