I've used vacuum cleaners for sex for years now. The important thing is to make a simple attachment for the purpose. The attachment is made from a 1" piece of pvc about 6" long, a right angle piece, an adaptor that makes it 2 1/2" and a 2 1/2" piece about 8" long.
