Last summer I was in Florence, Italy and there was this really large Synagogue. My friend and I kept passing by it. We were curious about it, because it was the only one in Florence and we had been to like 100 churches. Each day, the same 2 Jewish missionaries were standing outside. We spoke to them and they said they had been to some cities in Australia, then to New York, Los Angeles, and now Florence!
I was like "jeez I want to be able to say I'm a missionary so I can live in a foreign country." I know they aren't living like kings, but the important part is living in a new culture.
