Im trying to install a mod for grand theft auto 4, but that isnt where the problem lies. i am using an installer, here is the mod: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/world-trade-center-mod-03-f10572 , the prroblem is it doesnt take effect, this is because in my steam files the gta 4 folder is set to read only, so when i change it to not be read only and click apply and then go back onto the properties of the file again, it says they are read only even though i have just set the files to not be.
