Having this dream where I'm SCREAMING?

I keep having this dream, where It's like I think I know I'm dreaming (but really it's just a dream tricking me) hard to explain

Anyway, In the dream I'm screaming soooo loud ( a horrible scream) and making noises for my mom to come wake me up out of my sleep??? ( But nobody is coming, she can't hear me) It's so scary
I use to have these dreams when I was younger. What do they mean?
 
It sounds like you feel you don't get enough support from your mom in times when you are stressed, no matter how much you want to communicate with her about your stress, you have trouble communicating your needs to her, she could be too wrapped up in her own stress to hear you, or just plain doesn't understand you. The imagery that you want her to wake you from your sleep suggests you want her to give you practical advice about what to do about the source of your stress.
Also you may just be "venting" pent up anger and stress by screaming it out in your dreams, when you wouldn't do that in real life....good luck....
