Sites like Youtube will only let me watch 2 or 8 seconds of video at a time, even when the whole thing is already downloaded. Pressing pause then play doesn't work. Clicking on another spot on the play bar (?) gets me another 2 seconds then a stop just like before. This is happening on both my laptop and my parents PC. Any ideas how to fix this?
