Hcg diet in injections does it work!! Help!!!!!?

okay guys! i want to do this diet but i would like to go a little bit deeper into the real information! Im asking for PEOPLE WHO HAVE USED THIS to let me know what did you guys went through. side effects? weight lost? after discontinuing the diet weight gain? or did you have a normal weight after? price for how much you got it? and for girls where your periods normal? for guys any anormalities? whats in the injection? and any other specific information that happened to you if you would like to share! i've been doing research and i'm a little skeptic but i would like to try it and hear from the perspective from people who have actually used this! my doctor said i should be good by doing it but i would just like to know what to expect. thanks for helping me out! and IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ON THIS DIET then i rather prefer no commentaries due to the fact that they are only opinions and not facts, as i've seen in other sites. so thanks for your time in advance!

I am doing this diet right now. You should go to youtube as many people log their journey with HCG. You can clearly see these people lose weight - so it's not a matter of just people lying that they lost the weight. Look for a user named mamaclok. I'm logging mine under aneidabreak. Anyways for a 500 calorie diet you really are not that hungry. The first couple of days are the hardest as the HCG has not yet fully kicked in. And I am still fighting sugar and carb cravings - even after I just ate, I'm still thinking about cookies and chocolate. The diet is very strict, and you need to read Dr. Simeons pounds and inches - search for that. It will give you the complete instructions. Also on youtube, you will find the sites that many successful users have purchased their HCG from. HCG plus the mixing kit costs me about $50 +/- for each round. One round lasts about 23 days. The mixed HCG is only good for about 30 days and there is plenty there to last you about 35-40 days depending on your dose. But it won't be good after 30 days. I have heard that mixing it into drops actually is better and you are even less hungry with the drops. I am going to try my next round with drops as soon as my next vial arrives. However doing drops (not homeopathic) actually is more expensive as one vial will only last about 15 days. The only side effects ( and several co-workers are doing this with me) have seem to been that we have to pee more often and waking up at night/light sleeping. This is a very small amount of HCG that you are even putting into you body, like 1/100 of what a pregnant woman produces on a daily basis. Bateriostatic water is what is mixed with the HCG for injections, as the HCG arrives in a powder like form. As with any diet, after you lose the weight - if you go back to eating and doing the same things that got you fat to begin with... you're gonna get fat again. I am a yo-yo dieter and hope that one day will will learn to stay away from the junk foods!
