Headphone audiophiles, help!?

go for the shure's people say sennheiser doesnt have enough bass. Shure is producer-grade equipent, so you cant go wrong.

Presently I have the Sony MDR-XB300s (mainly for their bass fulfillments) and I want something better. I'm looking for headphones that are:

-$150 - $300
-A great soundstage
-At least a similar amount of bass.
-Closed, as opposed to the open MDRs, to block out noise.

Here are a few that I'm looking over at the moment:

Sennheiser HD595

AKG K702

Shure SRH940 ~ kinda thinking about this
