Health and fitness fanatics help please!?

ok so I've never had a very high fitness level due to childhood illness and since about the 2nd week into august I've started personal training at a gym once a week and now it's the second week of october and I don't do any other sports

the personal trainer doesn't work me too hard but just enough for it make a difference and I've been feeling great physically but for the last few sessions after only a little bit of exercise he gets me to do I start to get really bad nausea and if I push too hard it just gets worse

I always make sure I eat right and not too close to the session with the personal trainer and otherwise I've always been healthy so if anyone has any ideas about this or what I can do that would be really great! :)
