Healthy Dieting Question... What to eat for dinner to get daily nutrients?!?

Hey guys

I'm going to start eating Unflavored oatmeal for breakfast (probably with some cinnamon and maybe some reduced sugar strawberry jelly for flavor)



Then, for lunch i'm going to eat a whole grain peanut butter (crunchy) and jelly (the same jelly) sandwich with an apple...


What should I eat for Dinner and for snacks in between to get a healthy, delicious, CHEAP diet going?!
