never been on any type of? healthy eating routine. Due to my work schedule, I'm always grabbing food on the go, and eating in 10 minutes, and back to work. Now, for the first time, I have the availability to change that, but I have no idea how to cook. I've quit smoking, joined a health club (which I'm having problems motivating myself to go), and would like to start eating better.
I'm finding it tough to find meals I'll enjoy since I've live on burgers and pizza for most of my life. I've tried some frozen meals, but I've been told the sodium levels in those are not good.
So, anyone have good, easy plan for me to start out on?
