Well i want to start eating healthier and exercising more but really im not sure.
i like to snack...like mint imerials or boiled sweets so any ideas for something healthier that i can snack on?
and id love to join a gym...but i really cant afford it at the moment so any ideas of things i can do at home excersise wise on a night?
