Healthy eating for the high metabolic?

Okay, so I have this really really high metabolism; everything I eat just seems to disappear. I'm worried that later down in the road when I get older, my body won't be able to work it's magic and make all the junk food I consume go *poof*, so I'm thinking of going on, not really a diet, but more like a "healthy eating" quest, so that I can ditch my bad habits. I was wondering if anyone knew of food that is all at once healthy, tasty, and high in energy.

Green vegetables are most definitely not my favorite (('specially the leafy ones; yuck!)), and nor are tomatoes, so it would be super-awesome if you had any suggestions that do not include said plants. If I have to, though, I will suffer through.
