I have cereal for breakfast and a piece of toast, I have coffee around 11am, I have a sandwich, some soup and some fruit for lunch, I'll have a yoghurt and some water around half 3 and I'll have some more fruit around 6pm, then I usually have a hugely unhealthy dinner.
I exercise a lot but I seem to be just maintaining my weight instead of losing any, so I'm going to step up my exercise but I don't think dinner is helping.
Can anybody give me a few pointers on healthy dinners I can eat on the go?
I am out of the house for MOST of the day and by the time I get home I'm dead on my feet and just too tired to always start cooking.
(I'm also on a budget so I can't afford to be eating fresh salmon and what not every night!)
