HEEEELP!!!! Need help using Torrent Five.?

I have no clue how this works. Went to www.torrentfive.com, joined, selected the movie I wanted to download, but it only took 2 seconds, but can't play! Is there something else I need to be doing? Can someone please explain to me, as if explaining to a child, how to download from torrent five.

Also, are there any other sharing programs that allow u to download movies fast. The program I currently use takes anywhere from 5 - 20 hours to download a movie!

hmmm... this may take a while to compose my answer, well their are many programs to download with limewire frostwire bearshare those are from the gnutella you can also go with multi platform such as shareza morpheus and what not i suggest checking out http://www.nsanedown.com/ you can find a lot of bit torrents here. also you may try bityrant its the fastest i've heard of yet but i'm not familar with the programing or using it for that matter but you can find it here http://bittyrant.cs.washington.edu/#downloads just click on downloads now you can find a lot of bit torrents but operation can be a pain the best your going to get is probably what your dealing with now unless you go with something like BitTyrant. but i can't figure it out the program isn't the easiest to handle so you might want to search for a tuitorial on it or read the one they provide. now most of the bit torrents you find the search and search for whatever you want such as if you want video select the type or just run a search for all types and see what you can't find i think avi and mpg or mpeg are your best bet. also a divx player will play avi files. anyway i would suggest going here to get use to the bit torrents this may help http://www.poromenos.org/tutorials/bittorrent sry i don't have all day to explain all the details and well its going to involve a lot of reading good luck. but you probably aren't going to get much better than what your getting now unless you run something like BitTyrant its the fastest i've heard of. and thats the only one i think you could really manage to get what you want.
oh and for another thing i think most of them are around the same way of operating so if you figure out one i think you've got an understanding for them all for the most part. oh and at nsane products site or whatever go to p2p clients on the left and select one of the folders and their will be a list of bit torrents or whatever you want to call them and all of its free how kool is that and another thing idk if you like playing with newly released programs that got bugs and stuff but anyway you can search for beta programs and generally get what you want but sometimes they have small bugs in them but usually they operate fairly well. if you want it free then its a pretty good deal if you ask me. good luck.
