Ok, so about 3 years ago maybe more, i had a Helio phone, back when they were still in business, what happened was that i went to Mexico, used my phone, racked up some charges, about 400 dollars, i lost my job and was never able to pay it off. when i finally got back on my feet i tried to call to pay it, but to my surprise they had gone out business, and now i don't know if it still affects my credit, or whats up. who do i pay, does virgin mobile collect those charges now or what.
