Hi Have a 2006 BMW 330I and today when I turned on the car the BRAKE light stayed illuminated in Red and the image on the gauge cluster was a car up on a lift illuminated Red. Please help
ok look from what that sounds like is that you need to have a brake job done! they have sencers all over those cars so what you should do is take it to a place to have your brakes checked you can do it yourself too! first you take off your tire and then look at the pad that is on your caliper, and if it is very low then you need to have them replaced! you can also run your finger along your rotar to see if there are any groove in it. If there is then you need to have them turned.
But anyways if you cant do it then take it to someone that can.
you could try reseting your censer and take off your battery cables for like 10 minutes and see if your indicater light goes away
