I am a little confused on how the mph and distance works. Yesterday I rode my stationary bike for about 30:34 minutes and the display read 7.52 miles and I kept the pace of about 15.2 @ level 1 intensity. According to one of the website I normally check it says I burned about 413 calories but the display said I burned about 183. Also this website also calls 15.2 vigorous by while it did take effort, I didn't break sweat. I checked this on numerous other website and 15.2 is vigorous, not moderate. Am I missing something, could something be wrong with my stationary bike? FYI the website is calories per hour.com
