I'm having trouble assigning exact fighting styles to a few of my characters. Help would be much appreciated. (I'm talking martial arts styles that involving weapons.)
The main one I'm having trouble with is a young male who is very.... acrobatic. Definitely a jumpy,wiry thing. I was figuring making him a bo staff fighter, however I know little about the art.
The other is another male, tall, broad shoulders, slender but strong. Originally accustomed to distinctly European sword styles, I was thinking that over time he adapted a harsher style. I was thinking he would weild double dao swords, but once again I know little about the art. I want to give these characters Eastern fighting styles, however I'm really more skilled in Western. =.=
