Help! Blackberry bold 9000 downloading music into it?

It's not my first time, but when I plug it in with the usb the only options are "my windows media player" and all that does is play the music already in my phone. Theres also "uploading pictures&videos", "view pictures", "use this device as backup" and "speed up my system"

How do download music into my blackberry from my own files?
