We have a 20-month old daughter and are expecting again in May. We also have a 2-year yellow lab who is truly a part of the family. Here is what we are looking for: An SUV or Minivan (preferable SUV) with captain seats in the second row and an open, carpeted area between the captain seats in the second row so that the dog can just walk through to back seat. Then, we also need to have the third row up and adequate storage room behind the third row. So...think two small children and all the stuff they need. We drive regularly to family about 5 hours away. We have looked at the toyota sienna and honda odyssey--but we would prefer an SUV. Currently we drive a Lexus GX470 which will just not work once the baby comes but we absolutely love it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
