So I've been 6 months on a diet. Lost 40 pounds. I'm now around 108 pounds, 5'3 and 15 years old. I'm going on vacation tomorrow, meaning: all day travelling, meaning... Fast food in airports. What can I do to NOT gain any weight? I was thinking having a breakfast like usual and then having a salad somewhere for lunch or idk. I really feel like having 1 week (vacation) of a diet free food. I haven't eaten fried food or sweets in half a year. Will this break make me fat? Should I not do it?
