Help for a fitness schedule.?

This is my fitness schedule I will begin as of tomorrow:

Monday: Running
Tuesday: Dumbbells, push-ups and sit-ups
Wednesday: Swimming or running (Depends on my partner)
Thursday: Running
Friday: Dumbbells, push-ups and sit-ups
Saturday:
Sunday:Running

Running: Run 2 - 4.5 miles
Dumbbells: 5KG Over 500 lifts on each arm
Sit-ups: 15 x 5
Push-ups: 15 x 5
Swimming: At least 750 meters (I'm not a great swimmer)

Is this schedule any good? And if not could you recommend me one please, but my preference would to have the Saturday left free of exercise.

Notes that should be taken before judgement:
-Sixteen years old.
-Male.
-Body Mass Index is perfect (Don't like to blow my own trumpet).
-I already have been lifting dumbbells for some time now, my biceps are good I would definitely love to have them bigger.
-I am an OK runner.
-My diet seems fine, but I will cut down on general rubbish.
-I don't go to a GYM, but swimming will be done at my local leisure centre, running on a road, and weights and others will be done at home.

Any other additional general tips will be much appreciated!
Best answer will be given to the person with most relevant and thorough information and preferably with some first hand experience.
