Okay so i was in the waiting room at the doctors office waiting to get my annual checkup, i was with my mom and then this really cute girl walks in with her mom and her little brother. I wasnt really sure if it was alright to strike up a conversation since her mom was sitting right next to her, and i also didnt really know what to say...we did exchange glances a bit though and i might of caught her looking at me when i wasnt looking...not sure...anyways....just in case i ever see her again (how likely is that by the way? i live in a relatively small city: hong kong) what should I say to strike up a convo and eventually get her number at the end of that convo if i did see her again?
(by the way, she doesnt go to my school, and she probably lives in the area of the city that I live in, considering it was like around 3 30/4 pm so just after school ended)
