Ok I just found him without a tail and hes not bleeding we are taking him to the vet k bye thanks guys
 
Put styptic powder, baby powder, or cotton on your cats tail (or what is left) to stop the bleeding. Make sure it is clean and your cat doesn't lick it to prevent infection. Take your cat to the vet ASAP! Be careful with your cat. good luck!
