Help. I have a 89 Chevy S10, its been hard to start when the engine is cold. I

had the starter replaced.? The battery and alternator are good, an its still hard to start. It starts to turn over, than shuts off about 5 times before it kicks in and stays running. Any ideas?
I put a new air filter in it the other day. Once itgets started, it runs great. Its fuel injected by the way.
 
If it has high mileage it may be time for a fresh top end, or it may be having fuel system problems. You really did not give enough info to help out.
