I'm 14, 5'1, and about 96 pounds. When I get my boobs measured I'm a 32 B. the problem is, they don't look big because they're flat at the top, but round at the bottom. Will this change, and is there any way to change this? All my friends boobs are growing, and mine may be, but it seems like they haven't because they never grow up top.
