...where to start! I'm a ROOKIE!? I just started college but I hate what I'm studying *pre-law*, and this is because ever since I was little all I've wanted to do is be part of my favorite thing of all: movies! I'm getting really stressed out because, well, my family doesn't really believe in this "crazy dream", as they call it! They always tell me: "Honey everyone wants to be an actress when they're young! You just need to grow up!"
Anyway, my PROBLEM is this:
I don't know where to start. I've been thinking about doing a double mayor in acting and filmmaking, but don't know where.
Should I go to LA, NYC, Miami, Texas, Vancouver, or Toronto??
What's the best place to start for a ROOKIE???
(Keeping in mind, that I'll have to be able to find a job to pay for my expenses, since I'm not sure if my parents will pay for my expenses...)
Also, what's better: go to a specialized school or to a regular college/university?
I really need all the help I can get!!!
