I mean, Im a vegetarian and Im still somehow an unhealthy eater.. I just dont know what to eat! How do I get everything I need each day and have it be healthy?
And, Ive tried working out but somehow I fail at that too... I never "feel the burn", and Im out of shape so I know Im doing something wrong..
Bottom line, what do I do?
I always hear "eat healthy," but how? And how do I get into shape no fail? Im skinny.. And yet flabby..
Usually I have a special K bar for breakfast (one of those 90 calorie ones), have something like Kraft macaroni for lunch at around 2 30, and a main course dinner. I dont have many foods hailed as healthy, I dont know how many fruits/veges to have... Usually I have none...

If your genetic disposition is that your ancestors ate meat, then you are missing specific nutrients from being vegetarian, so you have to work smarter at food combining and eat a lot more to keep up.

Get a book called "Diet for a New Age" from a food combining vegan at www.Spice-Of-Life.com and e mail her for questions.

Many people go into becoming vegetarians because it sounds like a good idea at the time but don't know what the heck they are getting themselves into.

Spice, who has been a food combining vegan for over 35 years, is a world record black belt and body builder. She did it with no drugs, no steroids and all natural. She also did not eat any dairy or eggs or anything that has a face on it, as she likes to say.

Just ask her.
