Help me get this trade done, please! (newbie)?

10 team, h2h league.
I am trying to make a trade happen with another active memeber of the league. I need an RB. He has: Trent Richardson, Ahmad Bradshaw, Shonn Green, and Kevin Smith who he's made available to me for my wide receivers.

My WR's are: Hakeem Nicks, Marquis Colston, Reggie Wayne, Stevie Johnson, Deshawn Jackson, Lance Moore, and Hayward-Bay. He really doesn't want Moore or Bay.

I have Tom Brady, he has RGIII.

Which backs should I go for? And most importantly, which WR(s) should I trade to get him/them??? Should I include Tom for RGIII to sweeten the pot? I just don't know which of my WR's match up in value to his RB's. ANY help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Dont trade tom for rg3. There is nothing to sweeten here. This is a simple, you help me, i help you trade. Without you reaching for the stars, i would trade stevie johnson and deshawn jackson. If i was him, i would try and hold on to bradshaw and kevin smith. Your job is to get at least one of them away from him. I doubt he gives you both, but try. If you need to replace one of those wrs with colston, do so and dont worry about it. RBs are the most important and as you seen last week, almost anyone can score at the WR spot. Try and keep reggie wayne and nicks because i think they will be valuable. (Deshawn sat out of practice today with a hamstring injury so try and trade him). If you cannot get bradshaw and kevin smith, offer your 2 Wrs for kevin smith and shonn greene. I know most people will tell you that shonn greene is slow, but hes on a high powered offense that will be near the goalline alot as opposed to trent on a crappy brown team.
 
Stay away from NYG this year. I know it is just week 2, but it is not looking all that good for them. I personally believe going over Richardson has the most upside, but dependent on the Browns O-line. Kevin Smith hindered with way to many injuries, plus lots of competition, and I mean Madden cover jynx is going to remove their passing attack. Shonn Green looked great, but is on a very rollercoaster like team. Careful with Richardson, he is someone you can OVER pay and kick yourself in the ass for it.

I get rid of Marquis or Hakeem for either Richardson or Green. those are the 2 I trade away and 2 I go for.
