I know i keep going on about my weight, but the thing is
i keep getting peckish for food and i will eat something healthy, but then i worry about havin my tea/dinner because i feel i've already eaten, like now i'd feel guilty because i ate 2 hours ago :S
I'm not sure how to do portions and when to eat.
I'm a 15 year old girl
5 ft 5
130 pounds
Would like a 6 pack and be more toned (like my legs)
But then i wouldn't have energy for sports and stuff.
Strangley enough, i want a 6 pack, but i don't know how im going to do it.
I'm not overweight but i have a bit of a belly.
I don't eat meat either
Can some one like help me set a time table on when i should do exercise and eat?
So far:
Breakfast: Cereal (small box things that come in packs of 8)
Break: Banana
Lunch: Cheese Sandwich/Pasta with an apple
Snack: Depends, fruit or toast
Tea: What ever is in :S
Drinks: Water and maybe a hot chocolate
Sports:
Mon: Dance 1hr
Tues: Kickboxing 1 1/2 hrs
Wed: PE & Football: 2 hours
Thurs: Kickboxing 1 1/2 hours
Friday: Hockey: 1 hr
Saturday: Depends
Sunday: Light Jog and the gym.
I'd do sports like football just out n about except none of my friends like it so i can't play it, and i'm a keeper so i don't get much benefit.
Today i've had:
Cereal (a bit too much of it if u ask me)
an apple
a fruit smoothie
a small cereal bar
and i've had a smallish quorn sausage roll.
oh and half a muller yoghurt.
For tea i was supposed to have quorn chicken nuggets or soup
but i don't know whether to skip it and have something snackish
Can someone help me please?
