Help me with my internet conection on my CECT P168c?

I have a CECT P168c and it first said that the "GPRS not subscribed" so i did some research and got a little help know it says " Conection Failed" i fell like im close i just need a little help. And my cell phone provider "AT & T" said they coulnd not help me because it is an unlocked phone and they have no clue what kind of phone it is .... they said that i needed to by the iphone plan lol IDK. please help me.

Have the settings of the Nokia 2610 sent to your phone and load the settings from there.
