I have a second hand P990i Sony Ericsson and the touch screen is broken. I just had it fixed and I tried to connect to the internet but I wasn't able to connect. Why is it happening? Help me please.
i think it got shock
i mean when display is broken it quite possible that some hardware is also effected due to shock

try checking your settings and try to contact your service provider and request for setting save and install setting may fix this problem
