HELP!!! My cat keeps throwing up after eating meals?

I just adopted a cat and he is three years old. We have had him for a few weeks, and yesterday morning and tonight at dinner, he threw up almost right after eating his dinner
what should i do
we haven't changed the food he is eating or started giving it to him at different times, he just keeps throwing up
 
take away all food and water for 8 hours.... then give him a little food maybe a couple teaspoonsful at a time. Keep fresh clean water in his bowl . If this doesnt help then get himto the vet...
 
our cat did that and it turned out he was gorging. we started feeding him smaller ammounts 4 times a day and that fixed the problem.

If this is a sudden change, however, i'd take him to the vet to be safe.
 
many things could be wrong, from old ant poison traps consumed or stomach ulcers. make overcooked, white rice (slightly soft), and feed him this. if still throwing up, take to animal emergency.
