Help!! my dog is pancing moving around from room to room, her face is swollen,

it wasnt about 30 minutes ago? My dog wont stay still... she knows i will be leaving out of town in the next few days and sat on my luggages as if she did not want me to leave. I just finished walking her and her face is now swollen (30 min later) what may be wrong with her??? help its not like her

Sounds like a allergic reaction to something.
Take her to the vet right away.

I work for a vet clinic and usually that i a sign of alergic reaction to something depending on the wt. of the animal you would give it benadryl and then call your vet to schedule an appointment so you can find out what caused the alergic reaction

I would definately be having her into the vet today for the check up. Better safe than sorry.

She could have been bitten by something when you were walking her. Since you walked her, its unlikely that it was a snake as you would have seen it.
Could have been a bee, wasp, or fire ant.
Or she could have gotten into something that she was allergic to.

She needs to see the vet ASAP.

It is common for dogs to be anxious when they know their owner is going to leave for a while, but a swollen face is not normal at all.
