hi, well 2 days ago i just got this sore feeling in my throat and its just been getting worse over those few days, it hurts to swallow , eat & drink & i feel like when i swallow my saliva doesn't go down & makes me feel dehydrated. would anyone know what this is? i dont think its mumps like my mums saying it is or is it? i do have small lump under my jaw like a little ball? what is that? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
