N NancyLS New member Sep 25, 2011 #1 I have the Boardwalk decorated, all my houses and hotels painted and at 3 stars with a pool on the spare upper lot but only have 85 out of the needed 200 neighborhood appeal. What more can I do????

V ValerieB New member Sep 27, 2011 #2 Paint, landscape, add another pool. Place the pool between 2 lots and they will both get an extra 5-10 points on appeal. If you have any workshops, real estate offices or garden centers that aren't required, demolish them
