I will be buying a 2008 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab and am new to all the audio stuff... I want a system that you can hear, and feel (hit hard) my price range stops at about $800.00

I was originaly looking at getting one 18" Fi BTL, but im still unsure...

Please have your recomendations include-
*Name of sub and wattage
*Name of Amp and wattage
*type of box sealed, ported, vented etc

Im looking at having four 12's
or two 15's
or one 18"
I wanted to consider the air space in the truck too.

I think theres no answer to that question
It goes by opinion...
I think 2 15" mtx would do the job either 7500's or 9500's
I have 2 12" mtx 7500's in a Probox and hit HaRD... They put out 500 Rms each
For the amp, try a Rockford fosgate t-100.1 with the 7500's or a t-1500.1 with the 9500's and that'll be enough, if not too much

U will love the btl hardest hitting sub on the mArket but its not rly a sub u need to drive with everyday I would recommend either 2 kicker l7 2 rockford fosgate t1 or Memphis mojos all those subs will rock your world I'm getting 2 15" bl they are an amazing sub and i won't have to worry about having to upgrade all the stuff under the hood
