I'm wanting to get a smartphone (Iphone 4/4s preference) but the plans would kill me money-wise. The cheapest I found was $66/month for At&t. Is there any other carrier that can offer cheaper plans for smartphones, or is there an alternative phone on par with the Iphone that would be cheaper per month?
