I am a 14 year old girl and I'm 5' 9" and weight 135 pounds. I currently run everyday (except sunday) because I'm a crosscountry runner at my highschool. We usually run 3-5 miles a day during the week, and then I run a 7 mile run on the weekend. However, I still have belly, thy and arm fat I want to get rid of. I usually eat around 1700 calories a day, and non of it is really considered 'bad' for you. I dont understand why I still have this fat! Should I add something to before or after my runs? And if I wear a long sleeve shirt while run, will it burn off more calories?
Thanks
