HELP Plastic Bag Stuck on Mom's Toyota Camry?

How do you remove a plastic bag from the exhaust, it was a big bag.
we were driving and just came up on the road at night.

COULD IT CATCH ON FIRE???

Just scrape off as much of the plastic bag as you can and son't worry about the rest. It will continue to melt, crystilize and come off.
