HELP PLEASE!!can rogers at&t work in america?

i want to get a new phone but the ones from at&t are expensive can i get a rogers at&t phone??? and whats this about unlocking it????????????
 
yeah you can, but it looks like the coverage could be spotty according to their map.
Unlocking the phone means to get the sim unlock code in order to use a prepaid card from a carrier in the country you are travelling to. In the US it kinda limits your choices to just a few. There are 2 national carriers that I can think of T-Mobile and AT&T/Cingular

hi codes are the best method to unlock your new phone from the particular network .to purchase the codes visit unlock-free here they ask the country and the network name to which your mobile is locked then the imei number of the mobile .finally they generate the codes to unlock your mobile.
