Help quitting a bad habit! (nose picking in public)?

So, yeah. I have a bad habit of picking my nose and forget that i'm sometimes in public when I'm doing it. I usually do it at red lights and have been getting some weird looks from others. Today a very hot chick was beside me on my way to work and I totally embarassed myself by picking in my nose. How to stop this????
