HELP!! STARTBAR AND DESKTOP WONT SHOW! But when i start the computer my documents

and stuff pops up? ok so i restarted my computer i have windows vista and when i got back on it, the start bar and the whole desktop was gone, but my documents and stuff pops up! how do i get my desktop back?!?
dude no like everything is gone except my wallpaper
