Hi, I have a Gateway GT5464 and is having some issues. It hasnt been able to Load or shutdown properly for a while so ive had to turn it off manualy. This last time when i tried to start it up, it whennt into startup repair and suggested a restore, but the mouse wouldn't work work so i cannot select ok. When i load the boot menu the keyboard will work. When i selected safe mode w/ command prompt the keyboard doesn't work. I think when it loads the usb ports stop working. Is there any way to restore the computer in the boot menu? Or any other Ideas?
