Help! Telus mobility your choice plan?

im pretty sure its what im looking for but i don't know if the unlimited text picture and video messaging covers Canada and US?
 
It covers sms and mms if you are sending to the US but only covers sms if you are sending from the US. Mms from the US uses data and can get really expensive.
