integers...? The product of the squares of two consecutive integers is 256 036. Find the integers.

I got....
(x)^2*(x+1)^2 = 256036
and Multiply it out and get x^4 + 2x^3 + x^2 = 25036
I don't know what do to next...

PLEASE SHOW WORK AND EXPLAIN FOR UNDERSTANDING...
