Help? Two free flight tickets to hatyai but i need tour guide?

So,i just won two return flight tickets to hatyai thailand from airasia.My sister expects me to find a tour guide because we really need them when we arrive there.I am from Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.How do i find tour guide? SIGH.
