Help Unlock LG 290C Tracfone?

Ive got an old Tracfone that I'm going to activate but it is currently locked. It's been a year or so since I've used it and can't remember for the life of me what I used for the lock code. Is there ANY way possible to reset it without wiping the phone? I would like to make sure I don't need any info before I factory reset it myself.

Any help??
