HELP! What's up with my iTunes/iPod?

When I right-click on a song (so I can add it on my iPod), the only thing shows in 'add to playlist' is 'untitled playlist', but it doesn't show 'my ipod'. You see, I can't add a song into my iPod. The option for that doesn't exist.

I've used my iPod for 2 years, and it worked perfectly. What's going on? How can I make 'my iPod' appear?
